Terms of Service

Seller: Delta Invest Group OÜ (registry code 12346057), Liivalaia tn 40-182, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that the order information is correct and accepts these terms. The sales contract takes effect when the order is confirmed.

Payment: Bank-link and card payments are provided through MakeCommerce, operated by Maksekeskus AS. The payment methods available to the customer are shown at checkout. Delta Invest Group OÜ remains responsible for the sale, fulfilment, returns and customer support.

Delivery: Available destinations, delivery methods, carriers, exact charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Returns: For goods, consumers may notify the seller of their decision to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after receiving the goods. Unless the seller has offered to collect the goods, consumers must send them back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene or cosmetic goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the seller is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. Unless the seller has offered to collect the goods, the seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or evidence that they have been sent back is received, whichever happens first.
